I was served by a girl named Eve and she made my whole eating experience so lovely she gave off positive energy and was very helpful and happy. I came with my younger brother who has a bit of social anxiety and Eve very nicely and calmly brought him a spoon and told him where he could find certain things i could tell he was comfortable and happy. One of the main reasons for me writing this review is because of the atmosphere Eve was constantly smiling, occasionally making sure everything is all ok i felt very happy and helped but not overwhelmed it was perfect. I would write about the food but its always going to taste great its Nandos. definitely will be making a return, Thank you to Eve!
Great food, service great, atmosphere buzzing ! Nando’s was busy and the staff was still attentive and always doing something. I sat upstairs and ordered a bottomless peach tea and I didn’t realise the machine for the drink was downstairs, Gemma assisted and helped me with my drink! Ordered, fino pitta with garlic bread, coleslaw and spicy rice. Also, sunset burger (should definitely try with chicken thighs!) with chicken wings on the side. Food came quickly and well timed with minutes apart for each dish and it was hot and delicious! Overall the experience was good, and thank you Gemma for the peach tea assistance !
We waited for an hour for food which seemed normal for most restaurants on a Saturday evening, however when Emma came over to ask us if we had gotten our food she immediately apologised for the delay and within 5 minutes we had our food! We were issued a refund for the food and honestly I would recommend, the staff each and everyone of them was so kind and helpful! I will be visiting again, this is what customer service is!
Definitely expensive, but i went here for my first time at nandos and it was just honestly amazing. Just bear in mind, the average meal cost is 14.75 for a main and 2 sides. In the photos attached, the first photo costs 13.75 and the meal in the background costs 14.75. If i had to recommend something, i would tell you that the mac n cheese is the best thing ive ever eaten and is to absolutely die fore
Service was efficient and polite. Food arrived promptly. The restaurant became notably busy after 12 PM, indicating good value for customers. I liked the background music on the ground floor...though the second floor felt a little less decorated and the sound quality wasn't as good. All in all we will come back for sure. Kudos for the great easy to use app. A no brainer to order and wait for the food at your table.

The QR code ordering system is very easy to use, and once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly. The service was excellent, with very attentive staff at all times. As for the food, the flavors were enjoyable, and the chicken was perfectly cooked—tender and juicy. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended for those looking for good service, fast service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
